With more than 15 years experience in investment real estate, Matthew McGeever is known for his attention to detail, honest and transparent approach and relentless drive for success. Matthew began his foray into real estate while still in college, initially working for a commercial/industrial firm before embarking on his own real estate investments. Those investments led to the development of a construction company where he began to take on clients while continuing to work on his personal investments. Having spent over a decade in building and construction, Matthew has worked on an array of projects from historic preservation/restoration to complex structural modifications and ground-up new construction. With extensive knowledge of every facet of the real estate business, coupled with personal investing experience, Matthew's expertise runs the gamut from construction and development to sales and marketing, finances and negotiation and everything in between.
