Matthew Maul

Matt is focused on the industrial sector which includes Cold Storage, Energy, Oil & Natural Gas, Transportation, Distribution, Warehousing, and Manufacturing. His focus and expertise are in Will County and the South & Southwest Suburbs of Chicago. Matt’s network consists of principles, investors, and developers. He connects willing and able individuals and/or companies, facilitates complexed transactions, and provides expert real estate consultation. Matt graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business management from Western Michigan University. Upon graduation he relocated to Aspen Colorado to start a career in the hospitality business working for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel company. He has since moved back home for a lifelong career in real estate. Matt considers himself an outdoorsman who enjoys camping, skiing, snowboarding, hiking, golfing, and other outdoor activities. His other interests include vacations abroad with his wife and two sons, record collecting, investing, and reading non-fiction literature.
