Matthew Kipp

Matt Kipp helps lead a multifamily investment sales group that serves private client investors throughout the Southern California region. Matt dedicates his time to provide advocacy to investors in the ever-changing commercial real estate market. With his past real estate and transactional experience, Matt understands the importance of providing his clients a multi-disciplinary brokerage platform grounded in world-class service, all to ensure superior results in today’s investment market. Since starting his commercial real estate career in 2003, Matt has been a broker and regional manager for Marcus & Millichap. During his time as a broker, he was awarded the company’s sales achievement award in 2005 and 2008 and was recognized as a Top Ten agent within his office on multiple occasions. As a manager, he led up to 35 sales agents who specialized in all commercial real estate property types. His tenure also includes two years with another national commercial real estate brokerage firm. In these roles, Matt has brokered and overseen more than $1.1 billion and approximately 630 commercial real estate transactions.
