Matthew Kenderian

Matt graduated from Saint Joseph’s University with a B.S. in finance and an M.B.A. He has been with Jeffery Realty since 2016. Prior to joining the firm Matt managed several commercial properties. Matt currently works on both sides of the business representing several Landlords and retail tenants. Current representations on the Landlord side includes SITE Centers, Kimco, Washington Prime, Willner Realty & Development Co., Black Creek Group, Mason Capital, and BLDG Management. Current tenant representations include Foot Locker, Oakwood Dental, Urban Air Trampoline Park, Freshii, Just Salad, Bad Ass Coffee, ELITE Salon Suites, Blue Stone Lane, Crumbl Cookies, Diamond Braces and Club Champion.
