Matthew Hickey

Matthew A. Hickey joined TIG Real Estate Services in 2012 as senior vice president. Mr. Hickey’s focus is on project leasing, brokerage and business cultivation. Mr. Hickey has more than 25 years experience in commercial real estate related to project leasing, brokerage and asset management. Mr. Hickey was the top producer for the DFW TIG office in 2014. He increased occupancy in Northgate Business Park I from 69% to 88% and sold seven of the fifteen buildings in 2014. Prior to joining TIG he was vice president, commercial asset manager for Compass Bank and Temple-Inland. Earlier in his career, he held key positions with Cawley International and Catellus Management and Development. Mr. Hickey has successfully competed all CCIM courses. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
