Matthew joined JLL in 2011 and works within JLL’s Industrial Services team that serves both North and South Carolina. The JLL Carolinas’ Industrial Services Team supports private and institutional investors, manufacturers, warehouse and logistics companies with the following services: Disposition & Sale of Industrial Buildings and Land Sies Tenant Representation and Site Selection Agency Leasing Investment Sales Earlier in his career, Matthew worked in the motorsports industry for Jeff Gordon, Inc. and Hendrick Motorsports, where he managed leading sponsorship and licensing programs.
