Matthew Gannon

Matthew Gannon has over 18 years of experience in various aspects of commercial real estate covering investments, acquisitions, development, investment sales/capital markets, financing, leasing, and operations. Mr. Gannon’s expertise includes underwriting, due diligence, lease and purchase contract negotiations, financial analysis and market research. A native Washingtonian, he has worked at both the institutional and private investor level. Mr. Gannon has participated in the acquisition and disposition of more than $1.5 billion in investments in twelve major markets. Throughout his career, he has actively sourced, valued, managed and executed over $2 billion in investment sales, debt and joint venture transactions in the Mid-Atlantic region. In co-founding TDG/SILVEROCK in 2015, Mr. Gannon uses his in-depth knowledge of the Mid-Atlantic real estate markets and real estate operations to direct the firm. Mr. Gannon has held senior positions at Sage Capital Advisors, Ruppert Properties, Transwestern and CarrAmerica Realty Corp. He received both his BS and MBA in Finance from Mt. St. Mary’s University.
