Matthew Etlinger

Matthew Etlinger serves as Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Tenant Advisory Practice Group representing companies both domestically and internationally. Recently he was awarded the Emerging Broker of the Year by SL Green, one of New York City’s largest landlords, Matthew is recognized as an industry expert and valued for his meticulous client centric approach. His mission is to serve and protect the real estate interests of the tenants he represents. Once a transaction is complete, his clients count on him as their off-site real estate department ready to answer any question or deal with any issue that may arise. Matthew’s clients often refer to him as a business partner, not a broker. Prior to his ten years in the commercial real estate industry, Matthew owned and operated his own technology company and learned firsthand from the entrepreneur’s perspective the importance of making smart real estate decisions. He is an avid guitar player and fan of the New York Jets and Knicks.
