Matthew Dowling

Matt has been working with Bridge since its initiation in 2024 and has quickly become a well-rounded agent, focusing on primarily Investment Sales and Retail Leasing. Graduating from Adelphi University in 2020, Matt immediately pursued a career in Law Enforcement. Wanting to take advantage of all opportunities, Matt took a part-time position doing Investment Sales Acquisitions for a Private Equity Group. While learning the market and building relationships in the industry through his acquisitions roll, Matt received his NYS Real Estate Salesperson License, and assisted Alex and Josh in the initial build out of Bridge Advisory Group Currently Matt is a Full-Time Police Officer with the Nassau County Police Department, and a full-time Salesperson with Bridge. Matt prides himself on Hardwork and Integrity, which shows through the way he conducts himself in the business world.
