Matthew DiFrancesco

Matt DiFrancesco joined CBRE Upstate NY in May 2021 as a real estate salesperson where he has helped clients with site selection, lease negotiations, and dispositions. Prior to joining CBRE Upstate NY, Matt worked in project management roles for local construction firms. Matt currently serves as a board member of the Western New York Chapter of the New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR) and Upstate New York CCIM Chapter. Matt is an alumnus of the University at Buffalo and holds degrees in Construction Management and Environmental Design. He is also continuing his education as a candidate for the CCIM designation.
