Matthew’s experience includes local roll-outs for national companies including Snap Fitness and Edible Arrangements in the D.C. market and District Taco, Cititrends and Planet Fitness in the Philadelphia market. He has provided services to both corporate and franchised concepts as well as startups. Mr. Cooper has also led urban site selection efforts for notable national brands including Room & Board, Arc’teryx, and SPiN. Matthew has previously performed disposition work for national tenants such as Office Depot, Sears, Toys “R” Us, and Dollar General.
