Matthew Cooke

Matthew Cooke is a Partner at Davis Moore and leads the Advisors Practice Group. Over the course of his more than sixteen-year real estate career, he has been recognized as one of the top-producing real estate professionals in the Carolinas and has built a client list of internationally recognized public companies as well as local start-ups. He has been involved in over 400 transactions with an aggregate value of more than $1.5 Billion. In 2018 he was honored as a recipient of the Triangle Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award, has been a CoStar Power Broker numerous times, and has received multiple Triangle Business Journal SPACE awards, including first and second place for Top Office Leases in the Triangle in 2022. Matthew is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and serves on the Board of Directors of NCBIO, the Council for Entrepreneurial Development, and Band Together. He also serves on the Session at White Memorial Presbyterian Church in Raleigh. Matthew lives in Raleigh with his wife Elizabeth and their two sons, Whit and Harris.
