Matthew Clay joined Lee & Associates – Houston in 2022 after graduating from TCU with a degree in Economics. Prior to joining Lee & Associates - Houston, Matthew interned with several developers in Houston. He works to combine local market knowledge gained through the runner program at Lee & Associates – Houston with his passion for helping clients find the best solution to their real estate needs. A born and raised Houstonian, Matthew was introduced to commercial real estate at a young age given his family ties in the industry. In his free time, Matthew enjoys golfing, hunting, and attending TCU sporting events.
