As part of the Landlord Services and Capital Markets Team, Matthew represents private and institutional owners with their Leasing as well as Purchasing & Selling needs. Matthew prides himself on delivering an outstanding service, having a constant desire to learn and in building strong and lasting relationships. He also brings a wealth of experience in offer drafting & negotiations, operations and project management, problem resolution and marketing. Matthew was recently awarded a top producer award recognizing the number of completed deals with the Behar Group in 2022. A graduate of Dalhousie University with a degree in Political Science, Matthew also received a post graduate diploma from George Brown’s Sport and Event Marketing program. Matthew is also a proud father of 2 and an avid golfer.
