Matthew Boire

Matthew T. Boire, Owner and President, (Licensed NYS REALTOR) holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from St. Michael’s College in Vermont. Having been in the Commercial Real Estate business since 1992, Mr. Boire has been directly involved in the sale or lease of more than 4 million square feet of commercial/industrial space in the Upstate New York region. Mr. Boire is a New York Licensed Real Estate Broker and regularly attends continuing education courses in Real Estate. He is a member of NYSCAR and NYSAR. Additionally, in order to promote properties in Upstate New York, he frequently attends Commercial Real Estate Marketing Sessions across North America. Several of his most recent deals have been with out-of-the-region investors who wish to invest in our growing area in the North Country. Mr. Boire is a member of the Montreal Board of Trade, and the past Chairman of the Plattsburgh-North Country Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Boire was also the Co-Chair of the Quebec-NY Trade Corridor Coalition. He was the past Vice Chairman of the Champlain Valley Physician’s Hospital Board of Directors. He is also on the SUNY Plattsburgh School of Business Dean’s Advisory Board, and the Plattsburgh Community Housing Inc.’s Board of Directors. Mr. Boire holds and has held several volunteer positions with local civic organizations. Mr. Boire is a regular speaker on the topic of “How to Do Business in the USA” seminars.
