Matthew Betterman

Matt Betterman is a Senior Vice President at JLL in Seattle specializing in tenant representation. He has a diverse client base from tech startups to professional service firms. Matt’s knowledge of the Seattle office market and proven negotiating skills have allowed him to be a valuable asset for his clients. Prior to joining JLL, Matt held roles with Newmark and Colliers International, specializing in tenant representation. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and kids. He loves everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer and is very active with anything and everything outdoors: skiing, hiking, triathlons, and marathons. Matt graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration. Matt is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) and Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors (WASCAR). He’s also a board member of the Seattle Children’s Museum.
