Matthew Berry

Mr. Berry is a Senior Vice President in the Houston office of CBRE and has more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and property sales. Mr. Berry specializes in the capitalization of retail investment real estate located throughout the southwestern United States. During the course of his career, he has been involved in more than 450 retail investment sales transactions and over $4 billion of total sales volume for major corporate, institutional, and entrepreneurial owners. Mr. Berry rejoined the firm in 2016. Prior to that, he spent over five years as a producer at HFF after starting his career analyzing real estate at CBRE.
