Matthew Berry

Mr. Berry is a Senior Vice President in the Houston office of CBRE and has more than six years of experience in commercial real estate finance and property sales. Mr. Berry specializes in the capitalization of retail investment real estate located throughout the southwestern United States. During the course of his career, he has been involved in more than $1.8 billion of real estate asset sales for major corporate, institutional and entrepreneurial owners. Mr. Berry rejoined the firm in 2016. Prior to that, he spent over five years as a producer and analyst at HFF after starting his career analyzing real estate at CBRE.
