Matthew Behrens is a First Vice President for CBRE Hotels based in Seattle. Matthew’s primary role is to provide clients with hotel disposition services in the hospitality arena in the Northwest region of the U.S. Matt has over 17 years of varied experience in the hospitality industries and, for more than 11 years, he has participated in over $1 billion worth of hospitality-related dispositions and related activities. Matt joined CBRE in 2010 with the purchase of the Colliers Hotel division on the West Coast and Canada. Before CBRE, Matt spent four years with Colliers International as a broker and two years with Colliers/PKF consulting as an appraiser. Prior to that, Matt spent 4 years with Four Season and Fairmont Hotels & Resorts.
