Matthew Barnes joined the Atlanta division of Savills in 2017 as a tenant- focused specialist in commercial real estate. While Matthew’s knowledge of the industry is vast, he thrives when it comes to technology companies, law firms, nonprofits, and corporate offices throughout metro Atlanta. His strategic counseling aligns business and financial goals with profitable, flexible, and efficient commercial real estate opportunities. Matthew’s past experience as an enterprise account executive for early stage technology companies provided him with insight into the industry’s challenges and needs. Now, alongside one of the Southeast’s prolific brokers in Andy Lechter, Matthew plays an integral role in multi-faceted assignments for tenant-focused commercial real estate. Awards, Achievements and Activities As a college student at the University of Dayton, Matthew received a four-year Presidential Leadership Scholarship and played NCAA Division I soccer. He’s now an active member of both the Marist School Alumni Association and University of Dayton Alumni Association.
