Matt Anuszkiewicz is a Managing Director and Co-Head of the Institutional Coverage Group (“ICG”) with the NNN Pro Group, one of the top performing net-lease brokerage teams in the country. Matt is responsible for the creation and execution of sale-leasebacks programs, credit underwriting, large scale asset disposition programs, as well as lease restructures for private equity firms, multi-unit franchisees, and business owners nationally. Since joining the NNN Pro Group in 2015, Matt has developed an in-depth understanding of capital markets, unique and creative transaction structures, and 1031 exchanges. During his tenure with the NNN Pro Group, Matt has been directly involved in the sale of over 800 properties totaling over $2.5 billion in transaction volume. Most notably, Matt assisted a publicly traded REIT with a high-profile multi-year disposition program which included approximately 200 properties and nearly $800 million in market value. To date, this unique sales program remains the largest of its kind. Prior to working with the NNN Pro Group, Matt worked at J.P. Morgan where he helped build customized investment portfolios for trust, foundation, and private equity clients. He graduated summa cum laude from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business. Matt lives in Westchester County, New York with his wife and two daughters.
