Matt Yaniglos

Matt Yaniglos serves as the Senior Vice President of Leasing for ShopOne, where he oversees all leasing functions for the company. Mr. Yaniglos joined ShopOne at its founding, in 2017, as Senior Vice President of Anchor Leasing. Mr. Yaniglos has more than 25 years of real estate experience. Prior to joining the company, as a broker, he completed over 250 leasing transactions, providing him valuable REIT experience with Kimco Realty, RPAI, Inland Group, and Equity One (now Regency). Mr. Yaniglos has held a membership with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) since 2003. He holds several industry designations through ICSC, including Certified Design, Development, and Construction Professional (CDP), Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS), and the CRX (Certified Real Estate Property Executive) designation. Mr. Yaniglos holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology from University of Toledo.
