Matt brings a diverse sales and real estate background to metaCRE, with experience spanning commercial and residential real estate, business-to-business sales, and the medical industry. He specializes in tenant and buyer representation, property acquisition, and investment opportunities across retail, office, industrial, and land. Matt takes a client-first approach to commercial real estate, focusing on building strong relationships based on trust and providing clients with the insight they need to make informed decisions. A former collegiate athlete, he brings a competitive and tenacious mindset to negotiations and is passionate about helping clients navigate the real estate process to achieve the best possible outcome. Matt earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Sports Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University and also studied Business Management at Florida Gulf Coast University. He is also a licensed insurance agent, giving him additional insight into property and casualty risks that can impact real estate owners and investors. Outside of work, Matt enjoys spending time with his family, sports, fishing, and fitness.
