Matt Wilson

Matt Wilson is a 35-year veteran of the real estate business and has been involved with nearly 1,000 lease and sale transactions, including over 300 anchor tenant deals greater than 10,000 SF in size. He has successfully negotiated transactions with many national retailers, including Meijer, Kohl’s, Lowe’s, Best Buy, PetSmart, Cabela’s, TJ Maxx, Kroger, Marc’s, Regal Cinemas, and Trader Joe’s. Matt has been instrumental in the development, redevelopment, and leasing of over 20 million square feet of retail space in a 22-state region. Matt is a 30-year member of ICSC having served on numerous state and regional advisory committees. Matt also has significant investment experience, and has closed deals from $500,000 to $45,000,000. Matt’s current projects include expanding Meijer, Urban Air, AutoZone, Ace Hardware, 7Brew, and pOpshelf throughout Northern Ohio. Additionally, he exclusively represents landlords such as Industrial Realty Group, Fairmount Properties, Brixmor, CW Capital, and America’s Realty in leasing their power centers and pre-leasing developments. Matt also actively works land assemblages of up to several hundred acres for various developers and tenants.
