Matt Wilbricht

Matt Wilbricht is one of the top commercial real estate leaders in the Southeastern Virginia market with a primary focus on client development, investment and leasing. In the last twenty plus years of his commercial real estate career, Matt has completed over 10 million square feet of office, flex and medical leases. He has handled a portfolio of over 2,750,000 SF of office and flex space with owners ranging from REIT’s to individual local developers. Matt has also represented both buyers and sellers in the disposition of major office projects, industrial sites and land throughout the market. With an attention to detail and understanding of his client’s goals, Matt consistently delivers top service, guidance and market knowledge in every transaction and is well respected among both landlords and tenants. Some of his notable clients include LifeNet, Harbor Group, General Dynamics, State Farm, and Summit Group. Matt earned his degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. He has been a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Commercial Real Estate Council of Hampton Roads (CRECHR), and has served as Chair on the CREC Executive Board. He enjoys serving on the Nauticus Foundation Board, and as a youth basketball coach for the Hampton Roads Basketball Association.
