Matt Taylor

As a direct-report to Artesia’s founder & principal, Matt executes on every component of the Investment Team’s workflow. These roles include research, strategy, portfolio management, asset management, business development, acquisitions, and dispositions. Responsible for investing activities nationally and across all product types, Matt has directly overseen and executed $480mm of commercial real estate transactions and invested $140mm on behalf of Artesia, currently exited or valued at $266mm (with a weighted average vintage year of 2018).
