Over his career, Matt has advised on hundreds of investment transactions across primary and secondary markets nationwide. Prior to joining Porthaven Partners, Matt served for over a decade as an Associate Vice President at Stan Johnson Company and later at Northmarq following its acquisition of Stan Johnson. Matt is also a licensed attorney and previously practiced real estate law with a focus on commercial real estate finance, bringing a legal and capital-structure perspective to complex transactions.
