Matt joined KLNB in 2005 as a retail real estate specialist focusing on landlord and tenant representation as well as ground-up development projects in the Washington DC Market. He was previously a partner at Crosbie Real Estate Group in Denver, Colorado. Matt is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a member of The Green Group Retail Network. Matt earned a degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin School of Business.
