Matt Setters is a Former Field Artillery Non-Commissioned Officer. He has deep ties to the Lawton-Ft Sill and Duncan, Oklahoma communities. He also has 25 years of Real Estate experience. This experience includes working as a Broker in Charge, Property Owner/ Manager, construction management, leasing, Right of Ways and Land lease acquisitions, Mortgage Broker and Sales Management. Matt has also been a Residential Franchised Broker Owner and Sales Manager for one of the Top 10 Real Estate Teams in the nation. He has experience in purchase and lease transactions for both nationally recognized corporations and first time investors. Matt has operated several successful small businesses. He also has a wide variety of experience in marketing, training, and technology. Matt has served on advisory boards for numerous education and community organizations. Some of these organizations include OSU Okmulgee, Great Plains Technology- Lawton, Red River Tech- Duncan, Great Lawton Rotary Club, The Boys Scouts of America and Empire Board of Education. He has also served as a Director for The Lawton Board of Realtors. Matt is committed to working closely with community leaders, Chambers of Commerce, and Economic Development Foundations. His goal is to increase the prosperity of its citizens and the community.
