Matt Schwartz

As our Chief Technology Officer, Sage Hospitality Group, he’s responsible for all aspects of IT including applications, infrastructure, business intelligence, project management and cyber security. Matt focuses on thwarting cyber-attacks, enhancing our CRM database, and investigating ways to leverage Artificial Intelligence (e.g., Machine Learning, Generative AI, robotics, facial recognition, voice assistants) to improve associate productivity and the guest experience. He also serves on the Audit and Risk Management Committee of our Board of Directors. Matt lives at the foot of the Rocky Mountains in Boulder, Colorado, with his family. He is passionate about teaching our future generations of technology leaders, and speaks frequently at conferences across the industry. A lover of a good (bad) joke, Matt is never afraid to share the latest comedy works from Chat GPT. He loves to travel, particularly to anywhere in the Caribbean, and hopes to someday backpack the Appalachian Trail.
