He grew up in a family of commercial construction managers, which gave him early exposure to the realities of development, construction, and project execution. That foundation allows him to evaluate opportunities through both a real estate and a “boots-on-the-ground” lens—understanding budgets, timelines, site challenges, and what it truly takes to deliver a successful project. A multi-time recipient of the CoStar Power Broker Award, Matt has completed numerous high-profile and complex assignments. His work is frequently trusted for deals that require thoughtful positioning, strong negotiation, and long-term vision rather than short-term wins. Beyond his individual transaction success, As Managing Partner/CEO of P.A. Commercial, Matt is deeply committed to developing people and strengthening the firm. He invests time in mentoring brokers, encouraging collaboration, and fostering a culture where ideas are shared and people are supported. Matt’s dedication to service extends beyond real estate. Following 9/11, he served his community in a volunteer public safety role and later became a District Fire Chief with the Farmington Hills Fire Department—an experience that shaped his leadership approach and reinforced the importance of accountability, teamwork, and service to others. Outside of work, Matt enjoys being outdoors, boating, golfing, spending time up north, and being a proud ‘girl dad.’
