As CEO/Managing Member of P.A. Commercial, Matt guides the company’s financial and cultural growth and concentrates on expanding the breadth of services offered to clients. Prior to becoming CEO, Matt was promoted to Director of Broker Development, where he was instrumental in expanding the brokerage team by 25% to become a major player in the industry. Possessing years of experience, strong community ties, and a diverse network of relationships with national scope, he has a proven track record with owner representation, tenant representation, sales, and leasing. His skills encompass negotiating transactions for clients in office, flex, and new construction projects.
