Matt Ruck
Matt Ruck joined NAI DESCO in January 2016 as an Associate specializing in brokerage within the local office market. Matt brings a high level of energy, creativity and a strong work ethic to each deal he is involved in, allowing him to provide his clients with superior service and solutions to all their needs. Prior to joining NAI DESCO, Matt spent 5 years as an Associate Broker with Balke Brown Transwestern. Matt’s primary responsibility was business development within the local office market, where he helped procure and complete more than 70 transactions totaling more than 350,000 square feet of office space. Additionally, Matt has developed an expertise in sale and lease transactions involving retail, industrial, land and investment properties. In 2010, Matt joined Emerald Properties to concentrate on leasing the newly constructed 250,000 square foot Class A Town & Country Crossing Shopping Center. In his time with Emerald Properties, Matt’s leasing efforts helped increase the projects occupancy to over 80% within a year of delivery.
