Matt Reed joined SHOP Companies as a partner in the Houston office in June of 2018, specializing in Tenant Representation. Prior to that, he was at NewQuest since 2004. He has been in the real estate business since 2002 and has been named a Houston Business Journal “Heavy Hitter” five times, and an “MVP” in 2010 and 2011. He was awarded the Top Retail Broker at NewQuest six times. Matt’s clients include Dick’s Sporting Goods, Ross Dress for Less, PETCO Animal Supplies, Ace Hardware, 99 Cents Only, Wild Fork Foods, Hawaiian Bros, Taco Bell, KFC, European Wax Center, Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers, Tidal Wave Auto Spa, and The Little Gym. He is a 1993 graduate of the United States Military Academy with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering, and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
