Matt Rau is a retail services broker with the CBRE retail team in Kansas City. Matt specializes in servicing both investor and occupier retail clients with a variety of leasing and sales assignments. His understanding of the complexity and variety of retail transactions allow him to provide direction and exceptional service to his clients. Prior to joining CBRE, Matt began his commercial real estate career with Ferguson Properties as a member of the retail team. Matt served as an integral part of the team in acquiring new business, as well as handling representation of both investor and occupier retail clients. Matt has represented clients throughout greater Kansas City and surrounding areas, including markets such as Columbia, St. Joseph and Joplin, Missouri, as well as Lawrence and Topeka, Kansas.
