Matt has specialised in the Central London retail sector for four years, mainly dealing with acquisitions and disposals. He is currently advising a number of retailers and restaurants on their expansion plans. These include Pardoe & Wood, the upmarket sandwich retailer who are seeking five new stores in the next 12 months. Matt recently advised Maxim Voznesensky on the successful acquisition of the ground floor and basement of 44 Old Bond Street. Matt also advises Oliver Spencer the menswear fashion retailer on his acquisition plans.
