Matt Neault
Matt Neault is a Director of Investment Sales based in Walker & Dunlop’s Walnut Creek CA office. In this role, Mr. Neault specializes exclusively in the sale of institutional quality multifamily properties throughout Northern California. In addition, Mr. Neault has over nine years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and has been involved in the sale of over 8,000 apartment units representing over $2 billion in total sales volume. Prior to joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Neault worked for Newmark as a Director, where he was responsible for originating and executing multifamily investment sales in Northern California. Prior to that, he worked as the Director of Acquisitions for Veneto Capital in Beverly Hills, and as an Acquisitions Associate at PacVentures in La Jolla. During his tenure in acquisitions, Mr. Neault participated in the acquisition and disposition of more than $100 million of value-add and distressed commercial real estate. Mr. Neault was born and raised in San Diego and is a graduate of San Diego State University with a master’s degree in business administration and bachelor’s degree in finance.
