Matt brings considerable experience in leasing and brokerage, deal sourcing, development, underwriting and asset management.
Matt brings considerable experience in leasing and brokerage, deal sourcing, development, underwriting and asset management. He was previously with MPV Properties, a Charlotte-based full service real estate firm, where he was engaged in general brokerage, development, construction management and real estate consulting. He began his career in real estate at Return Holdings, a boutique real estate investment firm focused on the acquisition and redevelopment of value-add properties across the Southeast. In this role, Matt was involved in deal sourcing, underwriting, structuring, asset manager and investor relations. Matt received a Bachelor of Science in Biology and History from Duke University and Master of Science from the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Matt also serves on the Charlotte ICSC Next Generation Board, the Board of The Corners Society and the Levine Children’s Hospital’s Board of Ambassadors.
