Matt Manoogian

Matt Manoogian is a First Vice President in the Long Island office of CBRE, the world’s largest global real estate firm. Matt specializes in providing advisory and transaction services to both public and private sector clients in the New York Tri-State region and nationally. Matt focuses on tenant representation; however, his experience includes investment sales, industrial leasing, and landlord agency work. Matt’s skillfulness in understanding office occupiers’ needs and finding creative real estate solutions can aid and support client business objectives. Matt’s multifaceted experience provides a unique understanding of all sides of the transaction enabling him to navigate the negotiation process in the best interest of his clients. Since joining CBRE after graduating from the College of Charleston, Matt has been involved in over 75 transactions, totaling over 7 million square feet. Matt is partners with Martin Lomazow and Phil Heilpern, two of the top producing brokers on Long Island.
