Matt Mahoney

Matt Mahoney is a Managing Principal and founder of Lee & Associates Idaho, LLC, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage and member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. For approximately 25 years, he has specialized in the sale and leasing of medical office, office, industrial, multi-family and investment properties throughout the Northwest. Matt has recently facilitated a significant amount of sales and leases including office, medical office and industrial. He also works with all levels of office leasing, and sales including financial services, consulting, landlord and tenant representation. Matt continues to be one of the lead investment brokers in the State of Idaho, specializing in buying and selling signature properties, including medical sale leaseback as well as industrial sales and leases. In addition, he assists owner/users with build to suit projects. He works with both prominent developers and investors throughout the State of Idaho.
