Matt joined Founders 3 in early 2025 and has 4 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing and sales. During such time Matt leased over 200,000 SF of office space for multiple landlords including Honey Creek Corporate Center and Executive Center V. He also represented ProHealth Care in the successful disposition of multiple office assets as well as investment-grade retail properties. Matt’s significant lease transactions include the Arizona College of Nursing (25,000 SF), Common Ground Healthcare Cooperative (20,000 SF), Mayville Engineering Company (17,000 SF), Progressive Insurance (14,000 SF), Raush Sturm LLP (13,000 SF), Greywolf Partners (13,000 SF), and Regus (11,000 SF).
