Matthew Henrichs is a Senior Vice President with CBRE’s National Retail Partners (NRP), specializing in Retail Investment sales in Denver, Colorado. His core focus is the strategic analysis, marketing and sale of private capital multi-tenant retail assets throughout the Rocky Mountain Region. Together with his partner, Brad Lyons, Matthew has successfully completed 215+ retail investment sale transactions, totaling over $2.9 billion in value for clients in 12 different western U.S. states. Transactions have included the sale of Unanchored Strip Centers, Grocery Anchored Centers, Single Tenant Net Lease, Regional Power Centers, Specialty Entertainment Centers and REO properties. Matthew joined CBRE in 2006, and spent five years in the Retail Group, providing leasing brokerage services for national and regional landlords and tenants. During his tenure in retail leasing, Matthew was involved in over 140 transactions, totaling over 1 million SF and valued at over $100 million in transaction volume.
