Matt Hazelton specializes in investment and transaction advisory for multi-tenant retail and net leased properties throughout the Midwest. He has over 15 years of experience working with institutional and private investors across the country as well as assisting owner/operators navigate the complexities of sale-leaseback transactions. Prior to joining JLL, Matt was with two other national real estate brokerage firms in Minneapolis. He grew up in Cannon Falls, Minnesota, and graduated from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa.
