Matt Hart

Matt Hart is a Vice Chairman in the San Francisco office at Cushman & Wakefield. Matt began his career in 1995 at Studley (now Savills) and has exclusively focused on representing tenants ever since. He has successfully completed over 15 million square feet of leasing transactions while representing start-ups, law firms, and Fortune 500 companies. He has completed transactions across multiple product types, all over North America and in parts of Europe, Asia and Central America. As an active member of the community, he volunteers coaching youth volleyball and serves on his local public school system foundation. Matt graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts in economics.
