He has over 15 years of commercial and residential real estate experience, and specializes in asset acquisition, disposition, leasing, and property management. Matt is a Certified Property Manager and a Certified Public Accountant. His financial background and years of experience allow him to truly understand his clients’ needs and tailor his services to each client’s unique situation. Matt is a former president of the Iowa Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management, a former board member of the Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association, a current board member of the MercyOne House of Mercy, and a graduate of the West Des Moines Leadership Academy.
