ABOUT
Matt is responsible for the acquisition, development and construction management of all new projects. His prior experience includes Vice President of Madison Development Group, Inc. where he managed developments including Mullica Hill Commons, a 10-building mixed-use commercial complex located in southern New Jersey. Matt is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and is an active member of ICSC, ULI and CCIM. Matt is also co-founder and owner of NEST, an all-in-one family membership club with multiple locations in the Philadelphia MSA.
