Matt Gonnerman, CCIM is a relationship focused professional who is passionate about creating efficient and profitable solutions for corporate occupiers, commercial tenants, businesses and investors. He has tremendous experience having been involved in over 500 various landlord and occupier projects, while navigating lease and sale transactions ranging from 10,000 SF to 460,000 SF. In the process he obtained the prestigious designation of a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) putting him in the top 10% of practitioners in the industry. Matt brings a strategic, detail- oriented approach coupled with an in-depth understanding of how to expertly represent corporate tenants and occupiers. His team focuses on bringing expert guidance, a systematic process, proactive communication, cutting edge technology, objective evaluations, and customized solutions that are tailored to create productive and profitable work environments and investment endeavors for his clients. Matt graduated Cum Laude from Greensboro College. He played college basketball at Guilford Tech, and in Charlotte's Summer Pro Am alongside current NBA and Overseas professionals.
