Matt Fennelly joined Binswanger’s Mid-Atlantic team in 2025, bringing over a decade of experience in the New Jersey commercial real estate market. Based in Central and Southern New Jersey, Matt represents landlords, sellers, and occupiers across the industrial, office, and medical sectors, guiding clients through complex leasing and sales transactions with a focus on strategic solutions and personalized service. Before joining Binswanger, Matt spent more than ten years with Fennelly Associates as a Commercial Real Estate Associate, specializing in leasing and sales throughout the Princeton region. His client base has ranged from local business owners to national corporations, allowing him to develop a unique ability to align big-picture strategy with individual client needs. A graduate of Syracuse University, Matt was actively involved in the Phi Gamma Delta International Fraternity, where he held leadership roles as Philanthropy Chair, Scholarship Chair, Judicial Chair, and Social Chair. He is also a long-standing member of the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce. Matt lives in Robbinsville, NJ, with his wife and daughter.
