Matt Dittmeier

Matt Dittmeier is a Senior Associate at IPRG and specializes in selling multifamily, mixed-use, retail, and development sites in South Brooklyn. On a day-to-day basis, Matt is executing sales transactions on an exclusive basis, advising clients on their real estate goals, and evaluating single assets and portfolios. He has built a reputation as a premier client advisor, and a wide variety of his clients leverage his expertise on property pricing and positioning strategies to maximize value, and best practice for selling investment real estate assets. His ability to create competition and source buyers from across multiple market layers allows him to secure the highest achievable price and best terms for his clients. Prior to his role at IPRG, Matt was an Investment Sales Agent at Marcus & Millichap, where he received numerous awards including the Rising Star Award of the firm’s Northeast Division. He is a graduate of Long Island University – Post Campus where he majored in Business Administration: Finance. Matt was also a four-year member of the LIU Post Pioneer’s football team.
