Matt Davis

Matt is a founding member of Trinity Real Estate Investment Services, and serves as Partner. Matt specializes in handling the acquisitions and dispositions of single tenant net-leased investments. Matt takes pride in having a thorough understanding of today’s net-lease market and enjoys building lasting relationships by getting to know his client’s needs and preferences and helping them execute on their investment goals. Prior to joining Trinity, Matt worked alongside Branson Blackburn (Trinity President) from 2015-2017 and helped Blackburn double his production in his first full year in the industry. Matt graduated from Abilene Christian University with a B.S. in Education and played baseball for the Division I Wildcats. Matt enjoys traveling with his wife Briana, spending time with their daughter Kennedy, and being involved in their local church in Denver.
