Matt Currie

Matt Currie has more than 18 years of experience in representing clients with their office-leasing and acquisition requirements in San Francisco and the East Bay. He has been a partner at CM Commercial since 2009, after serving as a senior associate; responsible for business development, market research, financial analysis, lease and purchase/sale document negotiations, and project management. Matt has represented more than 100 clients in transactions totaling more than $500 million in value. Matt is a board member and programs committee member of Association for Corporate Growth, a middle-market business association in San Francisco. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute and the San Francisco Planning + Urban Research Association. Matt holds a BA in American studies from the University of California, Berkeley. He currently resides in San Francisco.
